Danielle Maveal’s Support Sessions

Bri Leever’s Community Dissection Series

This series has a special place in my heart, because it reminds me of my former “Community of the Week” posts…except Bri is doing this on a much higher level! She invites a guest, or a few, to dissect a community with her, AND it’s all shared over video for a more interactive experience. What’s even more impressive, is that she’s inviting other community pros to join her in this! So if you’re interested, or even if you just want to recommend a community, reach out to Bri.

The DEMAND Community Gifts You A Coffee

Katie Ray leads the efforts of this group, which is “the only community for demand gen marketers, built by demand gen marketers.” And they want to help you start 2023 with a complimentary caffeine boost. I’ve never seen a community offer this before in this way, and I think it’s incredibly kind, thoughtful, and creative.

Side Note: I think it’s a smart move to create a LinkedIn page for your community, especially if you serve a B2B audience. It’s an excellent way to drive awareness of your community. Who else is doing this? I might write about it…message me!

Community Consultancy Collective

The Community Consultancy Collective’s vision is to shape the future of the community consultant profession through connection, inspiration, and education. This brainchild of Deb Schell’s will be expanding in a big way in 2023! Deb has welcomed these community legends to the leadership team: Todd Nilson, Ilker Akansel, Mathijs Vleeming, and Carolyn Zick. If you’re currently a consultant, or aspiring to be one, this group will be a wonderful resource for you. Their next meeting is Wednesday, Jan. 4, 9-10am Pacific. Message any of the people I linked in this paragraph if you’d like an invite to it.
